Known Problems
Is you see the error message: "This information service has not been configured. Select an existing file to configure, or type the name of a new file to create."
Then this is probably caused by: "Your e-mail account is configured to use a Microsoft Outlook data file (.pst) that is unavailable or that does not exist."
To Correct: "Simply select your prefered .pst file when the open file dialog appears. outlookSpiller will then continue"
