What does it do? This utility does read RFC-822 compliant email files, that normally have the .eml file extension. ( Most email applications do export or save industry standard email files in this RFC .eml format. ) It then creates html pages, copies and links the emails and also extracts and links the attachments ... all from the emails it reads. What does it not do? This utility does not read Outlook MSG files ( or any other proprietary format ) , and it does not read email clients like Outlook or Thunderbird directly . If you are using Outlook, and have Outlook MSG files, and are looking for a converter, you may want to try outlook EML and MSG Converter by clicking here. You can also convert Outlook MSG files to html ( mht ) with our Email Open View Pro application! You can even export web pages from pst files with Email Open View Pro (version 3.2 or better) ! |

| Display Mode | Display Mode is what you would use if you want to view the emails in a more natural way. ( see screenshots for an example ) |
| Review Mode | Review Mode is for doing reviews of emails content where specific emails can be identified easily. ( see screenshots for an example ) |
| Review Mode with Html Preview | Review Mode with Html Preview is just like the Review Mode, but includes an HTML preview just below the main email info review. ( see screenshots for an example ) |
